What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
- Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while upholding company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Previous experience in automotive retail
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
