What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
- Train new hires in company systems and HR-related software
- Coordinate employee communication initiatives, including drafting newsletters and updating internal channels
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee records and scheduling meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
