What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to the Director of Business Operations and various clients
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for clients
- Maintain detailed records in the timekeeping system and organize client communications
- Perform administrative tasks including typing, dictation, and database maintenance
- Ensure professionalism and confidentiality while interfacing with clients and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management
- Experience in real estate support and working with brokers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
- Associate's degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Active Campaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive
