What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Present products or services to clients and articulate their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of feedback
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using tracking methods to manage client information and monitor sales performance
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt sales tactics based on client feedback and market demands

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales practices and experience in the technology sector
