Set performance standards, establish metrics, and drive Partner practice development.
Lead Partner relationships, providing mentorship on NVIDIA Practice development, growth strategies & establishing relationships with C-Level Executives and Partner sales and engineering teams.
Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and functional NVIDIA teams which include marketing, technical, product, and sales teams on a regular basis to resolve operational and business challenges. Lead Partner investment, Go to Market and Ecosystem & ISV engagements with NVIDIA Partners.
Actively build Partner Demand Generation strategies to drive incremental pipeline growth with NVIDIA Ecosystem Partners and NVIDIA Sales Teams.
Enable our Partners NVIDIA Practice by actively working with Partner engineering teams to build technical NVIDIA Platform competency.
BA degree or equivalent experience.
At least 10+ years growing software platform accounts.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Cloud Ecosystems
Strong understanding of AI and accelerated computing Industry Vertical uses.
Deep understanding of Consulting Business models and managing alliances.
Understands compute and software platforms.
Travel expectation: 15%
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Ability to self-organize within a dynamic organization.
Navigate a highly matrixed organization including complex sales cycles with C-level decision makers.
Executive level communication.

We are growing our America's Partner Organization team by adding an experienced, driven, partner leader with a consistent track record of success in delivery and pre-sales. You will need to possess strong sales management experience and enriching relationships with cloud System Integrators in North America.
What you’ll be doing:
The main responsibility in this position will be to enable System Integrator partners with NVIDIA’s platform, to guide technical decisions and influence NVIDIA revenue growth. Be instrumental in developing, defining, and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve business sales and business objectives.

The cash compensation range is 208,000 USD - 368,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.
