- Proactively work with a portfolio of Bupa Global’s Service Partner (TPA) relationships (and their Providers) to ensure delivery of effective operational processes to support cost containment activities.
- Support the Network Development Manager and Head of Health Risk Management in evaluating TPA performance, including monthly reports, quarterly reviews and quality audits
- Coordinate and follow up on effective query resolution across several stakeholders including internal customers, brokers, TPAs and providers.
- Work with the Network Development Manager and Head of Health Risk Management to maintain effective working relationships with partners, providers and internal Bupa employees and departments to ensure delivery of TPA objectives.
- Conduct regular operational calls covering pre-authorisation, complex cases and claims administration.
- Streamline processes to ensure operational efficiencies within BG and the TPA
- Demonstrable experience in international private medical insurance – provider/ network team, sales support, operations
- Numerate and analytical problem-solver with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Business awareness and understanding of Health Risk Managements role in relation to other areas.
- Experience in stakeholder/Relationship management
- Confident and experienced complaint handler
- Ability to absorb, summarise data and information and recommend appropriate course of action.
- Brilliant administration and organisational skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence business areas without having direct management responsibility.
- Awareness of the regulatory requirements set by the relevant regulatory bodies

The role
You’ll be a key member of the Health Risk Management team. Bupa Global has a portfolio of Service Partner (Third Party Administrator) relationships, who deliver effective cost containment solutions including case management, claims adjudication and network development, within a specified geographic area.
Your main purpose will be to take responsibility for co-ordinating operational
efficiency and delivery of auditable savings.
