As a Enterprise Senior Partner Manager (Agency) in our London office, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with large agencies and SI’s partners across the EMEA region (with a particular emphasis on the UK market to start with). Leveraging your existing network and industry expertise, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships, driving collaboration, and maximising mutual growth opportunities.

      How You'll Make an Impact

      • Become a trusted business advisor to the 20-30 partner relationships you manage
      • Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio
      • Develop a long-term strategy with your partners to help them meet their growth objectives using Klaviyo
      • Develop the ability to understand a partner’s business goals and help them achieve them
      • Become a product expert on Klaviyo and adept at presenting how Owned Marketing Services and software can help a partner improve their business
      • Be comfortable operating with revenue-focused goals
      • Bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo’s values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the future
      • Travel: up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with our agency partners and attend events

      Requirements:
      Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the agency space in the UK, including working with large SI’s and, digital agencies, and familiarity with the eCommerce industry. You already have proven experience in Partnerships, Channel Management within a SaaS organisation, ideally in a similar MarTech SaaS environment focused on eCommerce accounts.

      Collaborative: Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to introduce and educate agency partners on new enhancements to Klaviyo's platform.

      Influential: Highly adept at influencing and building relationships at all levels of seniority, navigating within complex organisational structures.

      Multi-tasker: Proven experience operating in a high-volume and high-velocity environment, managing multiple accounts and relationships concurrently.

      Visionary: Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo's values, culture, and vision for the future.

      Work Authorisation: Full authorisation to work in the UK without any restrictions.

      Language Skills: Business-fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional proficiency in French is a bonus.

      The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law

      Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
      £68,000 £102,000 GBP
