What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage partner accounts with exceptional service and follow-through
- Respond to partner inquiries and requests via a web-based ticketing system
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in a timely manner
- Conduct training during software implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage client projects and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing customer accounts and relationships
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in blood and plasma collection
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk) is highly desirable
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
