What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review complex work queues and large dollar accounts to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare reports on denials, credit balances, and payer opportunities

- Train new team members as needed to ensure a knowledgeable workforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in related financial services or healthcare business office
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Prior experience with healthcare computer systems, specifically Epic billing, preferred

- Experience in analyzing payer trends and managing complex account issues
