What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily to engage with patients and book appointments
- Build trust with prospective patients and caregivers to encourage scheduling of appointments
- Educate patients on the importance and benefits of receiving in-home services
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT)
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk
- Experience with Five9
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure environments
- Previous experience in an on-demand service or healthcare setting
- A personable communication style and a sense of humor
