What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns
- Conduct personalized outreach to patients utilizing deep prospecting techniques
- Make 150 to 200 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer tool
- Educate patients about the importance and benefits of receiving services at home
- Collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT)
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk
- Experience with Five9
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Experience in an on-demand service or healthcare environment
- Highly organized with a passion for following processes
