What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate on behalf of patients and families to ensure effective communication with caregivers and providers
- Process and resolve all complaints and grievances in accordance with hospital policy
- Conduct Patient Experience rounding to assess and enhance patient satisfaction
- Monitor, respond to, and track survey comments and feedback
- Provide education in Service Excellence and Patient and Family-Centered Care to staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required, preferably in Guest Relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict management abilities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Guest Relations or similar fields
- Experience with patient advocacy and service recovery processes
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and improvement plans
