What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome new members and guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel valued and understood
- Conduct proactive outreach to encourage member engagement with available services
- Utilize empathetic communication to build strong, trusting relationships with members
- Assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits and connecting with care providers
- Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates with strong verbal and written skills in Spanish or Creole are preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to member needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare settings, emphasizing relationship-building and personalized care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with healthcare benefits, enrollment processes, and patient navigation
- Experience with eCW and Zendesk platforms
