We are currently looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources Team in Owings Mills, MD. The PBM is a mid-level level position that supports the success of our Business by providing superior benefits and payroll support to our Leaders, Managers and Associates. This position will have a strong emphasis on internal customer service, problem-solving, and superior follow through. In return we'll provide a generous comp package including Health Insurance, 401K with match, paid time off, paid training/certifications, hybrid options, salary $75 -$80k with experience/certifications, bonus potential!       Responsibilities

      • Administer employee benefits programs.
      • Act as the liaison between our Administrator, Carriers, and Employees
      • Facilitate programs such as FMLA, COBRA, Open Enrollment, Disability etc.
      • Ensure processes for payroll including deductions, 401k participation, and earnings are followed
      • Grow to be the Subject Matter Expert of all payroll and benefits plans, processes, and procedures
      • First point of contact for our internal clients and external benefits/payroll partners

      To Be Successful

      • Intermediate level of skill with MS Office
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner
      • Comfort administering State and federal regulations regarding payroll management, workers compensation, and benefit entitlements (e.g. ADA, FMLA, etc.)
      • Strong communication and customer service skills with a diverse group of internal and external clients and partners.
      • 2 to 4 years of experience in Benefits and/or Payroll administration or support
      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
