      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Processing payroll and personnel transactions
      - Producing written reports, emails, and other correspondence
      - Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
      - Providing internal and external customer service
      - Organizing electronic and paper payroll records securely

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of college majoring in public or human resources administration, industrial relations, psychology, or related field
      - One year of experience as a human resources or administrative clerk
      - Experience interpreting and explaining rules and regulations on HR, payroll, and leave issues
      - Ability to function in Microsoft Office and internal software
      - Excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience prioritizing and organizing responsibilities
      - Experience with data entry or payroll processing of a large volume of entries with accuracy
      - Experience providing high levels of customer service in person, over the phone, and using email
