What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of broad P&C experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of Workday are a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% and live near a major airport
