      At a glance

      This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the Bracknell Head Office.

      Contract type

      This position is permanent. Part time role of 21 hours per week.

      About the role

      As a People Partner you will ensure the Partnership has the right people capabilities, organised in the right way, to deliver the Partnership Plan, now and in the future. You’ll work with senior leaders as a core member of their team, to increase their personal and team effectiveness helping them optimise organisational performance and create the conditions for success.

      You’ll make sure the People function understands the strategic people priorities of the teams you support and you’ll collaborate with the centres of expertise and delivery teams in People to make sure appropriate support and resources are lined up to help deliver their strategy.

      Coaching and challenging leaders, individually and collectively, to support their development as role models of the Partnership’s desired leadership practices and behaviours.

      You will also collaborate with the central people teams to provide the support, direction and expertise required to make a meaningful impact to your business area

      Working with the Senior Talent Partner, together you’ll be the critical link between the leaders you support and the People function.

      Essential Skills

      • You’ll be brilliant at joining the dots

      • You’re comfortable with ambiguity, able to be pragmatic and outcome orientated

      • Previous HR Business Partnering experience is important to be able to get going quickly in role

      • Previous experience working through complex organisations and organisational change

      • Previous experience of influencing at Director level
