What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon
- Create conversion-optimized ad creatives and high-impact overlays for UGC-driven strategies
- Edit and iterate short-form performance video assets for paid social campaigns
- Develop structured creative testing cycles informed by key performance metrics
- Design conversion-focused email templates and modular systems for lifecycle marketing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience designing for DTC brands, preferably in wellness or supplements
- Minimum of 2 years in a performance-driven creative role focused on paid media conversion
- Proven portfolio of high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon
- Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Comfort with video editing tools such as CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing in regulated wellness categories where trust and compliance matter
- Knowledge of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization methodologies
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace growth strategies (DSP, sponsored placements)
