      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach to patients to initiate their enrollment in the Remote Patient Monitoring program
      - Provide comprehensive education and training to patients on the proper use of blood pressure monitors and other monitoring devices
      - Monitor patient adherence to prescribed monitoring protocols and address any challenges or concerns
      - Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, monitor usage, and program outcomes
      - Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to ensure seamless coordination of care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; registered pharmacy technician required
      - Prior experience working as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare setting is strongly preferred
      - Strong communication skills for effectively educating and engaging patients
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with common chronic conditions, such as hypertension
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
      - Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and program requirements
