      Reports to: Plumbing Service Manager Location: Westminster, CO
      Wage Range: $75,000-100,000 + annual discretionary bonus

      Job Summary:
      MTech Mechanical performs mechanical construction across various industries, from large ground-up buildings to complex renovations, as well as ongoing service and equipment repairs. Plumbing Service focuses on smaller, short-duration projects.

      The Plumbing Service Account Manager is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and responsible for projects from inception through completion. This includes client development, design leadership, project management, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.

      Key responsibilities:
      General:
      • Promote MTech's culture and values internally and externally
      • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
      • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
      • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      Preconstruction:
      • Develop and maintain client relationships (owners, property managers, end users)
      • Understand project needs and develop appropriate solutions
      • Create conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates with internal teams
      • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals
      • Review design documents for scope, feasibility, and constructability
      • Identify value engineering opportunities for cost, quality, and schedule improvements
      • Track project costs and scope trends
      • Set and achieve sales goals aligned with company objectives
      Accounts and Project Management:
      • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
      • Resolve issues with project teams during execution
      • Set and manage project goals, budgets, and schedules
      • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
      • Conduct site visits for quality control, safety, and project tracking
      • Communicate effectively with field managers and stakeholders
      • Oversee procurement, submittals, invoicing, and accounts receivable
      • Manage close-out activities including training, documentation, and warranties
      • Forecast manpower, revenue, and margins
      • Ensure compliance with MTech’s project management procedures and safety culture
      • Perform other duties as assigned
      Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of experience in service sales or related field with proven client performance
      • Experience in plumbing design, estimating, and construction strongly preferred
      • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Bluebeam/Adobe PDF
      • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MTech driving standards
