- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Prepare post-closing packages for imaging and data entry
- Audit post-closing documents for compliance with guidelines
- Resolve audit findings and prepare loans for delivery to investors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of mortgage experience
- Knowledge of loan life post-funding and investor guidelines
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and service level agreements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
