What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a dedicated caseload of pre-litigation auto accident cases from intake through resolution
- Coordinate vehicle property damage claims and assist with client medical treatment
- Draft compelling settlement demands and negotiate reductions with providers and lienholders
- Execute all case-related administrative tasks with precision and urgency
- Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney while maintaining accountability to goals and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager handling auto accident injury cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment
