What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead operational assessments and business process reviews for public safety agencies
- Evaluate existing business processes and provide tailored recommendations for software solutions
- Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and develop new workflows
- Design and deliver training curriculum to enhance user engagement and software competency
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure effective software integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
- 3+ years' experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Ability to work effectively as a self-motivated team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
- Strong project management skills and experience in technology deployment
