      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and secure business partnerships with airlines, developing a robust business pipeline
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic business development initiatives

      - Engage with airline stakeholders to understand and address their diverse needs
      - Prepare and present proposals, lead workshops, and represent the employer at industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors, or a related field
      - Proven track record of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements for at least 7 years
      - Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to deliver results across organizations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in a second language
