      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and computation of quality measures across Medicare and Medicaid model components
      - Provide expert guidance on quality measure usage for key CMS model functions
      - Oversee measure computation using various data sources, ensuring analytic accuracy
      - Direct complex implementation and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with federal requirements
      - Serve as a thought partner to AIR leadership on federal priorities and model goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in Economics, Health Services Research, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with at least 11 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience on complex implementation or research projects
      - Direct experience with CMS/CMMI quality measurement and alternative payment models
      - Deep familiarity with quality measure specifications and certification processes
      - Proven track record of contributing to winning new business with CMS or other HHS agencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicare and Medicaid quality measures, including claims-based and patient-reported measures
      - Advanced technical expertise in quality measurement development and validation
      - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills suitable for a senior-level researcher
      - Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and evidence-based messaging
      - Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
