What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, review, submit, and manage Export Authorizations for regulated hardware and technical data
- Collaborate with Global Trade Relationship Managers to support audits and training on authorization use
- Ensure compliance with Standard Work Processes related to export and import regulations
- Respond to internal customer inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Travel occasionally to various locations for meetings and trainings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience with ITAR and EAR export authorizations
- Proficiency in using Global Trade tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, or OCR EASE
- Experience in researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations
- Strong attention to detail and record management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Background in business, contracts, or a global trade-related field
- Project management experience in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change
