  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop export authorization strategies for defense and dual-use articles
  - Prepare and submit export/import license applications and requests for U.S. Government approval
  - Provide updates on export/import authorization status to leadership and program teams
  - Facilitate compliance with U.S. Government export/import regulations and company policy
  - Deliver training for employees involved in international business activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
  - Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations and export authorizations
  - Proficiency in using Global Trade tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, or OCR EASE
  - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive conditions
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Relevant advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in International or Legal Studies
  - Proven problem-solving skills to address business challenges proactively
  - Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset
  - Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a large organization
  - Ability to maintain a responsive online presence during team interactions
