What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop export authorization strategies for international marketing, sales, and support of defense articles
- Prepare and submit export/import license applications and manage requests for U.S. Government approval
- Provide updates on export/import authorization status to leadership and program teams
- Facilitate approvals for the export/import of controlled goods and services
- Conduct training for employees involved in international business activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience managing and transacting against ITAR and EAR export authorizations
- Familiarity with Global Trade tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, or SAP-GT
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance

- Relevant advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in International or Legal Studies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business challenges

- Attention to detail and commitment to follow through on assignments
