What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers and business partners
- Conduct thorough intake calls to understand hiring manager requisitions and expectations
- Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of screened, qualified candidates along with insights and recommendations
- Champion the employer brand and drive talent attraction through authentic content creation
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to assess the candidate market and improve hiring processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience with data analytics related to recruitment data collection and presentation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- CORE Apprentice Certified
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in recruiting for campus programs and facilitating intern events
- Ability to influence stakeholders through quality data and sound decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business aptitude
- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership
