What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop actionable go-to-market strategies from ideation to design, including conducting market due diligence
- Analyze complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive strategy and meet performance targets
- Identify opportunities and champion innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
- Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and sales teams
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to C-suite executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact through customer adoption and retention strategies
- Strong understanding of P&L management, business metrics, and financial statements
- Exceptional critical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop structure in ambiguity
- Experience working with go-to-market teams, including sales and partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing pricing and packaging structures, including consumption-based pricing and churn mitigation strategies
- Deep analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to synthesize significant information for insights
- Comfort with operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
