What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
- Develop solutions based on user requirements gathered in workshops
- Analyze and improve current instance configurations to support customer needs
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Security Clearance Required
- Minimum of 8 years of configuration/development experience with integration technologies
- Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Strong Javascript skills with practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with data management, database design, and enterprise technologies
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Proven ability to mentor and develop talent
