What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned book of personal insurance clients
- Broker and maintain required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients
- Address incoming correspondence from clients in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to process changes and other client requests
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- P&C License required
- 2-5 years of personal lines insurance brokerage/account management experience
- Strong client service skills with a focus on timely communication
- Ability to maintain awareness of insurance carrier partner products and services
- College degree preferred
