What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive sales and profitability growth
- Conduct regular sales updates, business reviews, and implement best practices for portfolio execution
- Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments and drive outside sales to achieve targets
- Foster strong relationships with professional customers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Coach and train the sales team using Salesforce.com and direct customer visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- 4 years of account management/sales management experience
- 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Successful professional growth in a fast-paced retail environment
