      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of special-order products and increase market share across various business segments
      - Engage with customers through meetings, site visits, and presentations
      - Strategically plan and report sales activities using CRM tools
      - Provide training on window products and industry trends to enhance team knowledge
      - Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
      - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
      - Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and measurements
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) software
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
