      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of special-order units and increase market share in various business segments
      - Travel over 50% of the time for customer meetings and site visits
      - Strategically plan and report sales activities using CRM and Call Reporting applications
      - Manage customer orders from start to finish and provide exceptional after-sale service
      - Address customer complaints and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and calculating measurements
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
