      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach a team of Pro Account Representatives to drive sales and profitability growth
      - Conduct regular sales updates and business reviews to ensure portfolio execution
      - Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments and Home Depot departments
      - Build strong relationships with Pro customers, understanding and fulfilling their needs
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for managing sales performance and customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - 4 years of account management or sales management experience
      - 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
      - Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
