What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive portfolio execution through best practices and regular sales updates
- Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments in the market
- Foster strong relationships with professional customers by understanding and fulfilling their needs
- Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure effective training and implementation of processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 years of account management or sales management experience
- 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve customer disputes effectively
- Successful track record in a fast-paced retail environment
