      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of special-order units across various business segments including Retail Pro Sales and Account Managers
      - Travel 50% or more for customer meetings and job site visits
      - Plan weekly sales activities and report using CRM tools
      - Provide customer engagement through order management and after-sale service
      - Offer training on window products, industry trends, and selling techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
      - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the building products industry
      - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) software
      - Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and measurements
      - Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
