      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Pro Account Representatives to drive outside sales and profitability growth
      - Conduct weekly sales updates and monthly and quarterly business reviews
      - Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments
      - Build strong relationships with Pro customers to understand and fulfill their needs
      - Coach and train team members through customer visits and Salesforce.com management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - 3+ years of previous leadership experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - 4 years of account management/sales management experience
      - 4+ years of home improvement or home building industry experience
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
