  THE ROLE

  The Procurement Sourcing Manager – Facilities is a remote position responsible for leading procurement initiatives for facilities-related needs across North America. The role will obtain competitive quotes from approved sources and make informed procurement decisions based on pricing, budget, quality, sustainability, and diversity commitments. This position will also assist in the continued development and enhancement of the company’s procurement systems and processes.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  Procurement Quotes / Ordering

  • Obtain quotes per request for multiple facilities-related categories within North America.

    • Quote categories include cleaning and janitorial, vertical transport, pest control, flooring, roofing, parking, uniforms, rentals, maintenance, operational supplies, etc.

  • Source options that align with sustainability, quality, diversity, and budgetary goals.

  • Manage orders and track products from approval through delivery, ensuring all requirements are met and assisting with payment completion.

  • Support management of product depreciation where applicable.

  • Tracks spend inclusive of audit process to ensure all expectations of purchase orders versus invoices are agreed.

  Purveyor Development

  • Identify and source key manufacturers and suppliers within facilities categories, including developing pricing agreements.

  • Measure performance of partnered purveyors and manufacturers to ensure best in class performance is adhered

  • Work with Procurement Director to assess and manage purveyor performances to assist published playbook to guide locations toward preferred partners

  • Stay informed of new products, technologies, and trends to ensure best-in-class offerings.

  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
