      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the Office of Procurement and the OAS Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs)
      - Prepare, verify, abstract, and control procurement documents, files, reports, and records
      - Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders using automated systems
      - Review reports and research errors or conflicting information in documentation
      - Update and maintain OAS Procurement Strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or acquisitions management
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field preferred
      - Proven experience in procurement within a federal or government contracting environment
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with acquisition management systems such as eAcquisition, Automated Procurement Plan (APP), and Momentum (MOM)
      - Proficiency in using office software applications, including MS Office Suite
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Analytical skills to review reports and research discrepancies in documentation
