      Description

      Summary

      The Product FP&A Analyst supports global product-line P&L, margin and mix analysis, and product reporting. The role helps build audit-ready product profitability from OneStream and supports the team's AI and advanced-analytics initiatives. It is a foundational analyst seat that builds product-finance capacity across the business units.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Product P&L Support - Prepare product-line P&L and margin reporting; reconcile to OneStream and source systems.

      Margin & Mix Analysis - Build price/volume/mix bridges and product profitability deep dives.

      Reporting - Produce recurring product reporting packages using standard templates.

      Forecast & Budget Support - Prepare and validate product-dimension planning inputs.

      Analytics & AI - Support automation and analytics tooling; build and maintain models and dashboards.

      Ad Hoc Analysis - Complete analysis on request and contribute to process improvement.

      Skills and Competencies:

      Analytical Rigor - Strong quantitative and problem-solving ability.

      Attention to Detail - Delivers accurate, reconciled outputs.

      Technical Skills - Advanced Excel and Power BI; comfort with analytics/AI tools.

      Curiosity & Creativity - Explores new tools and better ways to analyze data.

      Communication - Presents insight clearly.

      Collaboration - Partners across product, commercial and finance.

      Requirements

      Qualifications:
      • 2-4 years of finance, FP&A, cost or product-analysis experience.
      • Product, cost or margin exposure a plus.
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
