What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in maintaining and updating a complete gear inventory for the studio
- Support Producers during production by running technical tasks and ensuring studio readiness
- Greet guests and coordinate with internal teams on guest logistics during production days
- Maintain organization of folders, documents, and files during post-production
- Assist with meal/catering coordination and studio-related logistics during taping weeks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-3 years of experience in production, studio operations, or gear-related roles
- Strong understanding of audio/video/studio equipment or eagerness to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and manage physical studio tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Familiarity with Google Suite and Dropbox
- Passion for personal growth and the content shared on the podcast
