What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Request and manage orders for appraisals, transcripts, and title work.
- Notify relevant parties of appraisal due dates and other important milestones.
- Organize files and documentation for loan processing.
- Acquire verifications of employment and support the loan processing team.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with various departments.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of office experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with strong technical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry/scanning, accounting/bookkeeping, or the mortgage industry (disclosure, funding, closing, processing, post-closing, shipping).
- Background in real estate, particularly in contract-to-close processes.
