      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Chair and Vice Chairs in developing and facilitating strategic and programmatic meetings and events
      - Manage administrative aspects of the Department's strategic planning processes and initiatives
      - Develop materials and manage logistical arrangements for meetings and retreats
      - Track progress of initiatives and prepare presentation content for leadership on research and clinical trends
      - Provide confidential administrative support, including managing calendars and preparing correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business, Political Science, or related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and executive-level administrative support within a research academic hospital or higher education setting
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-6 years of experience in project management and executive-level administrative support within a research academic hospital or higher education setting
      - 2 years of proven experience in executive-level administrative support
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
