      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and oversight to project managers within the IES Project Management Office
      - Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives and roles are clearly defined
      - Oversee Systems Integration vendor implementations, ensuring adherence to methodology and deliverables
      - Report regularly on project status to management and governance bodies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - More than seven (7) years of experience in complex project management with at least two (2) years in a leadership role
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience as a PMO Project Manager in Health and Human Services
      - Proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, including legacy systems and ETL
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      - Current PMP or project management certification from the Project Management Institute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing program budgets of $100 million or more
      - At least seven years of experience with resource-loaded Project Schedules using Microsoft Project
      - Understanding of data governance and compliance standards
      - Five years of experience with Agile development methodologies
      - Experience leading technical discussions with data analysts and integration partners
