What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee curriculum development efforts for large-scale federal contracts
- Assist with project management duties as assigned by program managers and government stakeholders
- Develop course materials, scripts, exercises, and other teaching aids
- Support the tracking and reporting of performance metrics for course materials
- Serve as a primary client point of contact, providing guidance on curriculum and training efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or related fields
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience with adult learning methodologies and e-learning development
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and support complex client relationships
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
