What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and inspire the team through strong people leadership and collaboration
- Design and implement training strategies and programs to enhance sales team effectiveness
- Manage the content repository for all training materials available to sales teams
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure delivery of commitments
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs, continuously seeking feedback for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or product design initiatives
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience or peer coaching experience
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting sales teams or customer-facing roles at a financial institution
- Strong communication and partnership skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or MBA
- 10 years of experience in Financial Services
- 5 years of people management experience
- 5 years of experience supporting a sales team
