What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary IT Project Manager for assigned projects
- Manage IT deliverables for both IT-driven and business-led projects
- Define and document project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Track project progress, issues, and dependencies; escalate risks as needed
- Assist in developing and standardizing IT project management methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active PMP Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of overall Project Management experience
- At least 3 years managing Enterprise-level IT projects
- 1+ year of experience working with ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing system modernization initiatives
- Experience working with State or Government agencies
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and business partners
