What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish, adhering to established standards and processes

- Coordinate creative reviews, vetting and communicating client feedback effectively
- Support website launches and ensure proper organization of project materials and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of client-facing experience in a digital/design/creative agency in a project or account management role (preferably 2-3 years)
- Familiarity with the web development process and project management methodologies
- Basic understanding of design processes and working knowledge of design tools
- A commitment to progressive social change movements and mission-driven projects
- A desire to work collaboratively with a small, talented team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Familiarity with agile web development methodologies, though not required
- Previous experience working on mission-driven projects
